Webinar - "WSO2 Synergies: The Carbon Story"
Submitted on November 24, 2008 - 03:25. Story : Realm :
SOA is a popular approach to enterprise architecture because it can improve IT flexibility, allowing a business to quickly adapt to changes. However, many specifications and implementations of "SOA solutions" are available making it somewhat difficult to figure what you really need (and what you don't) to build and manage an SOA. WSO2 is giving control back to software architects and developers, with a unified SOA middleware platform that allows you to seamlessly add product capabilities as your implementation grows.
WSO2 Synergies: ESB and Registry
Submitted on November 6, 2008 - 23:18. Story : Realm :
Although you may not know it yet, the WSO2 Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and the WSO2 Registry are in a serious relationship! The newest version of the WSO2 ESB embeds the WSO2 Registry to store configuration and meta-data, and the Registry (the centerpiece of WSO2's SOA governance strategy) works with the ESB to provide run-time governance and policy enforcement.

Submitted on August 8, 2008 - 00:11. Story : Level : Project :
Most companies have large datasets stored in relational database managers such as Oracle, DB2 and upcoming open source databases such as MySQL. As enterprises move into developing SOAs for their internal infrastructure, exposing this data has become a critical component of the architecture.
The most common practice today for sharing data, is batch loads and exports. But the emerging service oriented approach has some significant business benefits to offer such as -
Enterprise Capabilities in the WSO2 Mashup Server 1.5
Submitted on August 7, 2008 - 23:53. Story : Project :
The WSO2 Mashup Server provides a powerful platform for developing and deploying mashups. In this webinar, we will provide a brief introduction to the WSO2 Mashup Server architecture and its Javascript-based development model, as well as highlight new features in the 1.5 release that supports enterprise deployments. These include support for message-level security (authentication, encryption, signing) on mashup services, and the ability to expose data sources such as a relational table, an Excel spreadsheet or a simple CSV file as a zero-coding Data Service.
